At Safety Gear, we want you to feel confident in your style and protection; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
