Banner Stakes' PLUS Line is an effective, reusable and portable barricade system that provides unique safety benefits. The Banner Head features a retractable belt that extends up to 15 feet. The Receiver Head features (4) receiver slots to accommodate any barrier configuration and attach to the Stanchion with push pins for added security. The Stanchion can be adjusted from 22" to 42" in height and features a twist - off removable spike for dual purpose use - in soft - ground surfaces when used with the spike, or in the Low - Profile Base by removing the spike. The Base can be filled with either 18 lb of water or 25 lbs of sand for added stability. All components are rust - proof and suited for either indoor or outdoor use.
